Sendgrid is no longer reporting issues, and emails are now being delivered in an appropriate amount of time.

An issue was identified with a downstream provider. The issue has been resolved and our team is monitoring.

All previously queued webhook delivery jobs have been processed. Please reach out to support@clerk.dev if you observe any residual issues.

If you are using Facebook as a OAuth provider for sign in, and using shared credentials in a development environment, you may encounter an error when attempting to log in. We're working to resolve this as quickly as we can. To work around this, you can use custom credentials for Facebook. This will not impact production environments.

Clerk.com and dashboard.clerk.com are functioning as usual now. We are monitoring to ensure the root issue has been fully resolved and will be reviewing internal processes and procedures to identify and resolve similar incidents in the future.
